  1. 1. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers.
  2. 2. Peel the cucumbers completely.
  3. 3. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
  5. 5. Roughly dice the cucumber flesh.
  6. 6. Place the diced cucumber into the blender.
  7. 7. Rinse the mint and lemon balm under running water.
  8. 8. Shake the herbs dry.
  9. 9. Roughly chop the herb leaves.
  10. 10. Cut the avocado in half.
  11. 11. Remove the pit from the avocado.
  12. 12. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
  13. 13. Add the avocado flesh and chopped herbs to the blender.
  14. 14. Add the lemon juice and yogurt to the blender.
  15. 15. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  16. 16. Pour in about 200 milliliters of cold water.
  17. 17. Blend further until the soup reaches your desired consistency.
  18. 18. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Fill the finished soup into small bottles.
  20. 20. Serve the soup.
