  1. 1. Whisk the quark with the sour cream and the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the quark mixture.
  3. 3. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
  4. 4. Shake the herbs dry so that no water droplets remain.
  5. 5. Pluck the leaves or needles from the stems.
  6. 6. Finely chop the herbs.
  7. 7. Stir the chopped herbs into the quark mixture.
  8. 8. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  9. 9. Fill the finished dip into small screw-top jars.
  10. 10. Rinse the cucumber thoroughly.
  11. 11. Cut the cucumber into three equal pieces.
  12. 12. Halve each cucumber piece lengthwise.
  13. 13. Carefully scrape out the inner pulp with the seeds.
