🍽️ Cucumber Sticks with Fresh Herb Dip

Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig sage
- 2 sprigs parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
- 1 large cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the quark with the sour cream and the yogurt in a bowl.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the quark mixture.
- 3. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry so that no water droplets remain.
- 5. Pluck the leaves or needles from the stems.
- 6. Finely chop the herbs.
- 7. Stir the chopped herbs into the quark mixture.
- 8. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
- 9. Fill the finished dip into small screw-top jars.
- 10. Rinse the cucumber thoroughly.
- 11. Cut the cucumber into three equal pieces.
- 12. Halve each cucumber piece lengthwise.
- 13. Carefully scrape out the inner pulp with the seeds.
- 14. Cut the remaining cucumber flesh lengthwise into thin sticks.
- 15. Serve the cucumber sticks together with the herb dip.
