  2. 2. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves to hollow them out.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms of dirt.
  5. 5. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the inside of the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Cut the ham into narrow strips.
  12. 12. Chop the olives coarsely.
  13. 13. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  14. 14. Mix the mushrooms with the bell pepper.
  15. 15. Add the chopped garlic to the mixture.
  16. 16. Add the ham strips to the mixture.
  17. 17. Add the chopped olives to the mixture.
  18. 18. Add the mozzarella cubes to the mixture.
  19. 19. Season the filling with salt.
