🍽️ Fresh Cucumber and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 6 slices cucumber
- 1 boiled egg (sliced)
- 1 tsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 2. Remove the toast slices from the device and spread one tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on each side.
- 3. Place a handful of fresh lettuce leaves on one of the toast slices as a base.
- 4. Distribute the thinly sliced cucumber slices evenly over the lettuce.
- 5. Carefully place the prepared hard-boiled egg slices on top of the cucumbers.
- 6. Sprinkle the sandwich generously with freshly chopped chives for flavor.
- 7. Take the second toast slice and place it on top of the filling vegetables with the mayonnaise side facing down.
- 8. Press the sandwich gently with your flat hand to hold it together, but do not crush it.
- 9. Cut the finished sandwich diagonally into two equal triangles using a sharp knife.
