🍽️ Fresh salad with cucumber, tomato and goat cheese

Ingredients
- 8 Tomatoes
- 1 Salad cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 200 g goat cream cheese
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut out the hard stem areas of the tomatoes in a wedge shape.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Wash the cucumber.
- 5. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces as well.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Finely chop the onion.
- 8. Wash the parsley.
- 9. Shake the parsley dry.
- 10. Chop the parsley.
- 11. Mix the tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a bowl.
- 12. Add the chopped parsley to the vegetable mixture.
- 13. Add the vinegar and oil.
- 14. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Distribute the salad onto plates.
- 16. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.
- 17. Spread the goat cheese over the salad.
