  5. 5. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces as well.
  6. 6. Peel the onion.
  7. 7. Finely chop the onion.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley.
  9. 9. Shake the parsley dry.
  10. 10. Chop the parsley.
  11. 11. Mix the tomatoes, cucumber and onion in a bowl.
  12. 12. Add the chopped parsley to the vegetable mixture.
  13. 13. Add the vinegar and oil.
  14. 14. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
