  1. 1. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized strips. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in some butter over medium heat for about 8 minutes until cooked through, but not too dark.
  2. 2. Wash the cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Then slice the cucumber halves into round slices.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and cut them into small pieces. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper well in a bowl. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and spring onions and mix everything together.
