🍽️ Chicken Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 350 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp butter
- 0.5 cucumber
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 spring onion
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized strips. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in some butter over medium heat for about 8 minutes until cooked through, but not too dark.
- 2. Wash the cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Then slice the cucumber halves into round slices.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Wash the spring onions, trim the ends, and cut them into small pieces. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper well in a bowl. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and spring onions and mix everything together.
