  4. 4. Slice the cucumber flesh into thin rounds.
  5. 5. Place the cucumber slices in a serving bowl.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper into very thin strips.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic clove.
  11. 11. Mince the garlic very finely.
  12. 12. Mince the peanuts very finely as well.
  13. 13. Mix the minced garlic with the minced peanuts.
  14. 14. Add the lime juice to the mixture.
  15. 15. Add the sesame oil to the mixture.
  16. 16. Whisk the dressing ingredients well together.

  18. 18. Top the salad with the bell pepper strips.
