  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Grate the cucumber into thin slices using a grater.
  3. 3. Place the grated cucumber slices in a colander.
  4. 4. Transfer the cucumber slices into a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add the sour cream to the bowl.
  6. 6. Add the FRoSTA brand dill to the bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the cucumbers, sour cream, and dill together thoroughly.
  8. 8. Remove dirt and stems from the radishes.
  9. 9. Wash the radishes under running water.
  10. 10. Remove the green leafy tops from the radishes.
  11. 11. Slice the radishes into very thin rounds.
  12. 12. Reserve a small amount of the sauce mixture in a separate bowl.
  13. 13. Add the radish slices to the large bowl with the remaining salad.
  14. 14. Toss the radishes well with the remaining salad.
  15. 15. Season the salad with salt to taste.
  16. 16. Season the salad with black pepper to taste.
