🍽️ Fresh Dill Cucumber Salad with Crispy Radishes

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (about 750 g)
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 –3 tsp FRoSTA dill
- 1 bunch radishes (about 150 g)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Grate the cucumber into thin slices using a grater.
- 3. Place the grated cucumber slices in a colander.
- 4. Transfer the cucumber slices into a large mixing bowl.
- 5. Add the sour cream to the bowl.
- 6. Add the FRoSTA brand dill to the bowl.
- 7. Mix the cucumbers, sour cream, and dill together thoroughly.
- 8. Remove dirt and stems from the radishes.
- 9. Wash the radishes under running water.
- 10. Remove the green leafy tops from the radishes.
- 11. Slice the radishes into very thin rounds.
- 12. Reserve a small amount of the sauce mixture in a separate bowl.
- 13. Add the radish slices to the large bowl with the remaining salad.
- 14. Toss the radishes well with the remaining salad.
- 15. Season the salad with salt to taste.
- 16. Season the salad with black pepper to taste.
- 17. Serve the finished salad.
