🍳 Salmon Tartare on Cucumber Rolls

Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon fillet
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- a few drops lemon juice
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 tbsp lingonberry jelly
Instructions
- 1. Cut the salmon into very small cubes.
- 2. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
- 3. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Mix the salmon with the parsley.
- 5. Add some lemon juice.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 8. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
- 9. Peel the cucumber in long, thin strips.
- 10. Cut the cucumber strips into slightly thicker slices.
- 11. Spread the salmon tartare onto the cucumber slices.
- 12. Cut the lingonberry jelly into small cubes.
- 13. Serve the cucumber bites with the jelly cubes.
