🍽️ Crispy Cucumber Rolls with Smoked Salmon and Dill Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp honey
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
- 3 sprigs dill
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin, diagonal slices (about 3 to 4 millimeters thick).
- 4. Break the smoked salmon into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Stir the yogurt with the Creme Fraiche and honey until the mixture is smooth.
- 6. Season the yogurt cream with a pinch of pepper and a splash of lemon juice.
- 7. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
- 8. Set aside a few nice dill sprigs for decoration.
- 9. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 10. Stir the chopped dill into the yogurt cream.
- 11. Place the pieces of smoked salmon on the cucumber slices.
- 12. Add a dollop of the dill yogurt cream on top of each salmon piece.
- 13. Garnish the bites with the reserved dill sprigs.
- 14. Serve the dishes immediately.
