  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
  3. 3. Slice the cucumber into thin, diagonal slices (about 3 to 4 millimeters thick).
  4. 4. Break the smoked salmon into small, bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Stir the yogurt with the Creme Fraiche and honey until the mixture is smooth.
  6. 6. Season the yogurt cream with a pinch of pepper and a splash of lemon juice.
  7. 7. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Set aside a few nice dill sprigs for decoration.
  9. 9. Finely chop the remaining dill.
  10. 10. Stir the chopped dill into the yogurt cream.
  11. 11. Place the pieces of smoked salmon on the cucumber slices.
  12. 12. Add a dollop of the dill yogurt cream on top of each salmon piece.
  13. 13. Garnish the bites with the reserved dill sprigs.
  14. 14. Serve the dishes immediately.
