🍽️ Fresh Cucumber Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 piece cucumber (approx. 6 cm long)
- 3 tbsp Crushed Ice
- 0.5 lime (juice)
- 20 ml ginger syrup
- 150 ml ice-cold soda water
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Cut two thin, long strips from one half and set them aside.
- 4. Scoop out the seeds from the remaining cucumber half using a spoon.
- 5. Dice the remaining cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Fill a drinking glass with crushed ice.
- 7. Pour the lime juice and ginger syrup over the ice.
- 8. Top up the drink with water.
- 9. Add the diced cucumber pieces and the previously cut cucumber strips to the glass.
- 10. Garnish the drink with an edible exotic flower if desired.
