🍽️ Cucumber Surimi Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- 200 g surimi
- 0.5 cucumber
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the crusts from the white bread.
- 2. Slice the surimi (fish-like processed product) into thin slices.
- 3. Set aside about one to two tablespoons of finely chopped surimi for later.
- 4. Peel the cucumber.
- 5. Slice the cucumber crosswise into thin rounds.
- 6. Mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Spread the seasoned crème fraîche onto the bread slices.
- 8. Place the cucumber slices on top of the spread bread.
- 9. Distribute half of the surimi slices over the cucumbers.
- 10. Top the filled breads with the remaining bread slices.
- 11. Spread the chopped surimi remnants onto the sandwiches.
- 12. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half.
- 13. Arrange the sandwiches on a plate.
