🥤 Fresh Cucumber Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 0.5 cucumber
- 0.5 avocado
- 300 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 1 drop lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Pluck the fine dill tips from the stems.
- 3. Wash the half cucumber under running water.
- 4. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the inside with the seeds from the cucumber half.
- 6. Dice the deseeded cucumber flesh into coarse cubes.
- 7. Carefully separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
- 8. Put the cucumber cubes, avocado flesh, dill, soy drink, and lemon juice into the blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients in the blender until a fine, smooth mixture forms.
- 10. Season the smoothie to taste with salt and pepper.
