  2. 2. Pluck the fine dill tips from the stems.
  3. 3. Wash the half cucumber under running water.
  4. 4. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the inside with the seeds from the cucumber half.
  6. 6. Dice the deseeded cucumber flesh into coarse cubes.
  7. 7. Carefully separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
  8. 8. Put the cucumber cubes, avocado flesh, dill, soy drink, and lemon juice into the blender.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients in the blender until a fine, smooth mixture forms.
