  2. 2. Set these slices aside for decoration.
  3. 3. Peel the rest of the cucumber.
  4. 4. Cut the peeled cucumber in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves.
  6. 6. Chop the cucumber flesh into coarse pieces.
  7. 7. Place the cucumber pieces into the blender.
  8. 8. Add dill, salt, pepper, lime juice, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  9. 9. Puree the ingredients into a smooth smoothie.
  10. 10. Taste the mixture.
  11. 11. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  12. 12. Pour the drink into a cocktail glass.
  13. 13. Top up the drink with mineral water.
  14. 14. Garnish with the prepared cucumber slices.
