  7. 7. Dice the smoked salmon into very small cubes.
  8. 8. Gently fold the salmon cubes into the cream cheese mixture.
  9. 9. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill the filling.
  10. 10. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
  11. 11. Remove the hard ends of the cucumber.
  12. 12. Peel the cucumber completely.
  13. 13. Slice the cucumber into thin, long slices.
  14. 14. Place the cucumber slices in a separate bowl.
