  1. 1. Rinse the cucumber and the radishes under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  3. 3. Slice the radishes into paper-thin rounds.
  4. 4. Wash the arugula (a type of leafy green) and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  6. 6. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, mustard, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
  7. 7. Season the dressing generously with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Place the cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, and arugula in a large bowl.
  9. 9. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  10. 10. Gently toss the ingredients until they are well combined.
  11. 11. Place the pine nuts in a dry pan.
  12. 12. Toast the pine nuts over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden brown.
  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat to prevent the nuts from burning.
  14. 14. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the finished salad with the toasted pine nuts and basil leaves.
