  6. 6. Cut the gherkins (small sour cucumbers) in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Slice the halved gherkins into thin pieces.
  8. 8. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces using your hands.
  9. 9. Whisk the oil together with the lemon juice, mustard, and honey in a small bowl.
  10. 10. Stir until a smooth sauce forms.
  11. 11. Season the sauce generously with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Place the slices of cucumber, radish, and gherkin in a large bowl.
