🍽️ Creamy Cucumber Grain Bowl

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp 4-grain flakes
- 4 tbsp oat bran
- 300 g yogurt
- 8 tbsp milk
- 4 tbsp grated Gouda
- 350 g cucumber
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (hot)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Mix the four-grain flakes and bran in a bowl.
- 2. Add the yogurt, milk, and cheese to the grain mixture.
- 3. Stir everything well until a creamy mass forms.
- 4. Peel the cucumber.
- 5. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the cucumber halves.
- 7. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 8. Gently fold the cucumber cubes into the flake mixture.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 10. Wash the radishes thoroughly.
- 11. Remove the stems and ends of the radishes.
- 12. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 13. Divide the muesli mixture among individual bowls.
- 14. Fill the bowls with the cucumber-flake mixture.
- 15. Distribute the radish slices on top.
- 16. Sprinkle the dish with fresh chives.
