Ingredients
- 300 g Mini cucumbers
- 350 g Cantaloupe melon
- 4 Kumquats
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Dry the cucumber with a cloth.
- 3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the cucumber halves into small pieces.
- 5. Remove the core of the melon with a spoon.
- 6. Cut the melon flesh into wedges.
- 7. Separate the flesh from the rind.
- 8. Dice the melon flesh roughly.
- 9. Wash the kumquats thoroughly under hot water.
- 10. Dry the kumquats with a cloth.
- 11. Slice one kumquat into thin slices.
- 12. Quarter the remaining kumquats.
- 13. Place the cucumber pieces, melon cubes, and kumquats into the juicer.
- 14. Juice the ingredients.
- 15. Pour the juice into a large glass.
- 16. Garnish the drink with the kumquat slices.
