Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 30 g cucumber (1 small piece)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- tarragon (each 2 tsp finely cut)
- chervil (each 2 tsp finely cut)
- chives (each 2 tsp finely cut)
- mint (each 2 tsp finely cut)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the vinegar into a small bowl.
- 2. Add salt and pepper.
- 3. Stir the mixture until the salt is completely dissolved.
- 4. Add the oil and stir it in.
- 5. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 6. Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
- 7. Mix the chopped cucumber with parsley.
- 8. Add tarragon.
- 9. Add chervil.
- 10. Add chives.
- 11. Add mint.
- 12. Serve the herb relish with raw vegetable sticks.
- 13. Alternatively, serve it with grilled vegetables.
- 14. Alternatively, serve it with steamed vegetables.
