🍽️ Fresh Cucumber and Herb Dip

Ingredients
- 2 green bell peppers
- 200 g cucumber
- 3 sprigs basil
- 3 sprigs dill
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g yogurt (low-fat)
- salt
- pepper
- herbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the peppers under running water.
- 2. Remove the stem base and seeds from the pepper.
- 3. Halve the pepper lengthwise.
- 4. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 6. Cut the peeled cucumber into small pieces as well.
- 7. Wash the fresh herbs under cold water.
- 8. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
- 9. Pluck the leaves from the tough stems of the herbs.
- 10. Place the prepared pepper and cucumber pieces along with the herb leaves into a blender.
- 11. Add the lemon juice and yogurt to the blender.
- 12. Add half of the buttermilk to the blender.
- 13. Secure the lid of the blender tightly.
- 14. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth mixture forms.
- 15. Add the remaining buttermilk to the mixture.
- 16. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 17. Pour the finished mixture into four individual glasses.
- 18. Garnish each dip with a few fresh herbs.
- 19. Serve the dip immediately.
