  1. 1. Peel the egg and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Add kefir, yogurt, two-thirds of the herbs, mustard, and vinegar to a blender. Puree the mixture until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. 3. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber flesh into small cubes. Sauté the cubes in hot oil and add a little salt.
  4. 4. Ladle the cold soup onto plates or into bowls. Top with the sautéed cucumbers. Sprinkle with the remaining fresh herbs and the chopped egg before serving.
