Ingredients
- 2 spicy sliced cheese thicker slices, (ca. 0,5 cm thick)
- 1 cucumber
- paprika powder
- leaf lettuce (for garnishing)
- herbs (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Take the cheese and cut out small mushroom shapes from it. You can use a special cookie cutter for this.
- 2. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 3. Decide whether you want to keep the skin whole or remove decorative strips.
- 4. Slice the cucumber into rounds about 0.5 centimeters thick.
- 5. Place the cheese mushrooms on the cucumber slices.
- 6. Dust the 'caps' of the cheese mushrooms with paprika powder.
- 7. Wash the leaf salads and herbs.
- 8. Dry them well.
- 9. Fill a plate with the leaf salads and herbs.
- 10. Arrange the finished cheese mushrooms on the salad.
