🍽️ Refreshing Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp mint (finely chopped)
- 250 g yogurt
- 0.5 tsp cumin (ground)
- 0.5 tsp coriander (ground)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the inner core with a spoon.
- 4. Slice the flesh into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
- 5. Place the cucumber slices in a bowl.
- 6. Stir the yogurt into the cucumbers.
- 7. Season the mixture with cumin.
- 8. Add ground coriander.
- 9. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Place the dip in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 11. Let the flavors meld well.
- 12. Garnish the finished dip with fresh mint leaves.
- 13. Serve the dip immediately.
