  4. 4. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl.
  5. 5. Grate the fine zest of half a lime directly into the mixture.
  6. 6. Add one tablespoon of cream.
  7. 7. Finely chop fresh herbs and add them.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
  10. 10. Stir all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
  11. 11. Rinse the cucumber under running water.
  12. 12. Dry the cucumber with a kitchen towel.
