  2. 2. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  4. 4. Sear the fish cubes in the hot butter for a short time.
  5. 5. Pour the lemon juice over the fish.
  6. 6. Simmer the fish for 5 minutes without a lid.
  7. 7. Let the fish cool down completely.
  8. 8. Wash the radicchio and dry it thoroughly.
  9. 9. Wash the cucumber.
  10. 10. Slice the cucumber into thin strips.
  11. 11. Drain the cornichons (small pickled cucumbers).
  12. 12. Cut the cornichons into smaller pieces if necessary.
  13. 13. Wash the apples.
  14. 14. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  15. 15. Cut the apple flesh into small pieces.
  16. 16. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream.
  17. 17. Stir in the mustard and the lingonberries into the mayonnaise mixture.
  18. 18. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. 19. Mix all prepared salad ingredients with the fish.
  20. 20. Arrange the salad on the radicchio leaves.
