🍽️ Refreshing Shake with Cucumber, Apple, and Banana

Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Banana
- 4 tart Apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 0.5 Cucumber
- Mineral Water (to top up)
- 10 Cubes Ice Cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 2. Peel the banana and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core.
- 5. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
- 6. Mix the apple cubes with the banana cubes and the lemon juice.
- 7. Wash the parsley.
- 8. Shake the parsley dry.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley.
- 10. Peel the cucumber.
- 11. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 12. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves.
- 13. Cut the cucumber pieces into bite-sized chunks.
- 14. Thread three cucumber pieces onto each wooden skewer.
- 15. Place the remaining cucumber pieces into the blender.
- 16. Add the prepared fruit mixture to the blender.
- 17. Add the chopped parsley to the blender.
- 18. Add ice to the blender.
- 19. Blend all ingredients finely in the blender.
- 20. Distribute the shake among four glasses.
- 21. Fill the glasses with mineral water to your liking.
- 22. Garnish each glass with a cucumber skewer.
