  2. 2. Peel the banana and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core.
  5. 5. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Mix the apple cubes with the banana cubes and the lemon juice.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley.
  8. 8. Shake the parsley dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley.
  10. 10. Peel the cucumber.
  11. 11. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Remove the inside of the cucumber halves.
  13. 13. Cut the cucumber pieces into bite-sized chunks.
  14. 14. Thread three cucumber pieces onto each wooden skewer.
  15. 15. Place the remaining cucumber pieces into the blender.
  16. 16. Add the prepared fruit mixture to the blender.
  17. 17. Add the chopped parsley to the blender.
  18. 18. Add ice to the blender.
  19. 19. Blend all ingredients finely in the blender.
  20. 20. Distribute the shake among four glasses.
  21. 21. Fill the glasses with mineral water to your liking.
  22. 22. Garnish each glass with a cucumber skewer.
