🍽️ Cucumber Sticks with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 1 kg cucumber
- 125 g mayonnaise
- 125 g yogurt
- 1 bunch herbs (chopped, mixed e.g. basil, chervil, chives, dill, parsley)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the core with a spoon.
- 4. Cut the cucumber halves into even sticks.
- 5. Whisk all ingredients for the yogurt dip in a bowl.
- 6. Season the dip to your taste.
