  1. 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Let it bloom for five minutes.
  2. 2. Mix the grape juice with the apple juice in a separate bowl.
  3. 3. Gently warm the lemon juice in a small saucepan.
  4. 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove the water.
  5. 5. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm lemon juice until it is completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Stir the gelatin mixture into the grape and apple juice blend.
  7. 7. Rinse the bear mold with cold water.
  8. 8. Pour a thin layer of the juice mixture into the mold to cover the bottom.
  9. 9. Place the mold in the refrigerator for a few minutes until the layer is set.
  10. 10. Distribute the gummy bears evenly over the set juice layer.
  11. 11. Carefully pour the remaining juice over the bears.
  12. 12. Let the mold stand in the refrigerator for two hours until everything is completely set.
  13. 13. Dip the mold briefly in hot water to release the bears.
  14. 14. Turn the gummy bears out onto a plate.
