🍰 Homemade Gummy Bears

Ingredients
- 8 sheets red gelatin
- 500 ml grape juice
- 150 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 25 g gummy bears
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Let it bloom for five minutes.
- 2. Mix the grape juice with the apple juice in a separate bowl.
- 3. Gently warm the lemon juice in a small saucepan.
- 4. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well to remove the water.
- 5. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm lemon juice until it is completely dissolved.
- 6. Stir the gelatin mixture into the grape and apple juice blend.
- 7. Rinse the bear mold with cold water.
- 8. Pour a thin layer of the juice mixture into the mold to cover the bottom.
- 9. Place the mold in the refrigerator for a few minutes until the layer is set.
- 10. Distribute the gummy bears evenly over the set juice layer.
- 11. Carefully pour the remaining juice over the bears.
- 12. Let the mold stand in the refrigerator for two hours until everything is completely set.
- 13. Dip the mold briefly in hot water to release the bears.
- 14. Turn the gummy bears out onto a plate.
