  6. 6. Dice the shallots very finely.
  7. 7. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  8. 8. Peel the avocados.
  9. 9. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the pit from the avocado halves.
  11. 11. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  12. 12. Mash the avocado pieces with a fork.
  13. 13. Mix the mashed avocado thoroughly with the lime juice.
  14. 14. Add the finely diced shallots to the avocado mixture.
