Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Chili Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- Lime Juice
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 Tortilla Wraps
- Vegetables (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 2. Rinse the tomatoes immediately under cold water.
- 3. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes.
- 4. Cut the tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Peel the shallots.
- 6. Dice the shallots very finely.
- 7. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 8. Peel the avocados.
- 9. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the pit from the avocado halves.
- 11. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 12. Mash the avocado pieces with a fork.
- 13. Mix the mashed avocado thoroughly with the lime juice.
- 14. Add the finely diced shallots to the avocado mixture.
- 15. Add the chopped chili to the avocado mixture.
- 16. Add the tomato cubes to the avocado mixture.
- 17. Season the entire mixture with salt.
- 18. Season the entire mixture with pepper.
- 19. Take a tortilla wrap.
- 20. Place vegetables on the tortilla.
- 21. Add the guacamole on top of the vegetables.
- 22. Wrap the tortilla around the filling.
