  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and the shallots.
  2. 2. Dice the shallots into very fine cubes.
  3. 3. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  5. 5. Place the tomato cubes in a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the diced shallots and garlic to the bowl.
  7. 7. Chop the parsley and add it to the mixture.
  8. 8. Season everything with lemon juice, chili, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  10. 10. Cut the avocados in half.
  11. 11. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  12. 12. Carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  13. 13. Mash half of the avocado flesh with a fork into a paste.
  14. 14. Cut the other half of the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  15. 15. Mix the mashed and cubed parts well together.
  16. 16. Fill the finished guacamole into the empty avocado shells.
  17. 17. Serve the shells directly.
