🍽️ Crunchy Guacamole with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- chili powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 avocados
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and the shallots.
- 2. Dice the shallots into very fine cubes.
- 3. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
- 5. Place the tomato cubes in a bowl.
- 6. Add the diced shallots and garlic to the bowl.
- 7. Chop the parsley and add it to the mixture.
- 8. Season everything with lemon juice, chili, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- 10. Cut the avocados in half.
- 11. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 12. Carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- 13. Mash half of the avocado flesh with a fork into a paste.
- 14. Cut the other half of the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 15. Mix the mashed and cubed parts well together.
- 16. Fill the finished guacamole into the empty avocado shells.
- 17. Serve the shells directly.
