  6. 6. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Cut the avocados in half.
  8. 8. Remove the pits from the avocados.
  9. 9. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  10. 10. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  11. 11. Wash the spring onions.
  12. 12. Trim the dry ends of the spring onions.
  13. 13. Shake the spring onions dry.
  14. 14. Dice the spring onions finely.
  15. 15. Mix the spring onions with the tomatoes and avocado.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with salt.
  17. 17. Add cayenne pepper.
  18. 18. Add paprika powder.
  19. 19. Add lemon juice.
  20. 20. Fill the guacamole into small bowls.
  21. 21. Serve the dip.
