Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 spring onions
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 2. Immediately shock the tomatoes with cold water.
- 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 5. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 6. Dice the tomato flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Cut the avocados in half.
- 8. Remove the pits from the avocados.
- 9. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 10. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- 11. Wash the spring onions.
- 12. Trim the dry ends of the spring onions.
- 13. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 14. Dice the spring onions finely.
- 15. Mix the spring onions with the tomatoes and avocado.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Add cayenne pepper.
- 18. Add paprika powder.
- 19. Add lemon juice.
- 20. Fill the guacamole into small bowls.
- 21. Serve the dip.
