🍰 Simple Recipe: Vegan Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 knife tip vanilla powder
- 700 ml oat drink (oat milk) (or other plant-based milk alternative)
- 1 tbsp margarine (vegan)
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 220 g milk rice
- 2 tbsp soy cream
- 0.25 tsp organic lemon zest
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Add vanilla powder, oat drink, margarine, and two tablespoons of sugar to a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil. Stir in the rice and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let the rice rest for ten minutes.
- 2. Mix the soy cream and lemon zest into the rice. Combine the remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the finished pudding.
