  2. 2. Wash the kale leaves thoroughly.
  3. 3. Tear the leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Shake the leaves dry to remove excess water.
  5. 5. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  6. 6. Cook the kale in the boiling salted water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Drain the kale.
  8. 8. Rinse the kale with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  9. 9. Let the kale drain well.
  10. 10. Peel the onions.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  13. 13. Finely chop the garlic.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a large pan.
  15. 15. Sauté the onion rings over medium heat, stirring, for 3 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the chopped garlic, raisins, and pine nuts to the pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the mixture, stirring, for another 3 minutes.
  18. 18. Deglaze the pan with vinegar.
  19. 19. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  20. 20. Wash the rosemary.
  21. 21. Shake the rosemary dry.
  22. 22. Chop the rosemary needles finely.
  23. 23. Add the drained kale and chopped rosemary to the pan.
  24. 24. Cook everything for another 5 minutes.
  25. 25. Season the kale with salt and pepper to taste.
