🍽️ Creamy Kale and Potato Stew

Ingredients
- 1 kg floury potatoes
- 300 g kale
- 1 chorizo (paprika sausage)
- granulated broth
- olive oil
- salt
- garlic
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Place the potato cubes into a pot.
- 3. Cover the potatoes completely with water.
- 4. Add one teaspoon of salt and a generous splash of olive oil.
- 5. Bring the water to a boil.
- 6. Meanwhile, cut the kale into thin strips.
- 7. Rinse the kale strips thoroughly.
- 8. Rinse the kale until the running water is only slightly greenish.
- 9. Let the potatoes cook for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Season the potato broth with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Optionally add some granulated vegetable broth if you prefer a stronger flavor.
- 12. Add another generous splash of olive oil to the pot.
- 13. Add the washed kale to the pot.
- 14. Let the stew simmer for another ten minutes.
- 15. Cook the kale until it is tender but still has a bite.
- 16. Serve the stew in individual bowls.
- 17. Place a few thin slices of paprika sausage into each bowl.
- 18. Add some garlic.
- 19. Plate the dish and serve it hot.
