  1. 1. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
  2. 2. Clean the kale, wash it thoroughly, and chop it into small pieces. Cut the cress from its growing area and set aside a few leaves for garnish. Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Add the pineapple pieces, lemon juice, kale, cress, and ginger to a blender. Pour in the coconut water and 200 to 300 milliliters of water, then blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with the remaining cress before serving.
