🥤 Fresh Kale Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g pineapple flesh
- 0.5 lemon
- 100 g tender kale leaves
- 1 box cress
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 300 ml coconut water
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.
- 2. Clean the kale, wash it thoroughly, and chop it into small pieces. Cut the cress from its growing area and set aside a few leaves for garnish. Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Add the pineapple pieces, lemon juice, kale, cress, and ginger to a blender. Pour in the coconut water and 200 to 300 milliliters of water, then blend until smooth.
- 4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with the remaining cress before serving.
