  7. 7. Grate it coarsely using a kitchen grater.
  8. 8. Put the grünkern burger mix into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the diced onion.
  10. 10. Add the grated carrot.
  11. 11. Pour 250 milliliters of boiling water over everything as indicated on the package.
  12. 12. Stir the mixture well.
  13. 13. Let the mixture swell for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Peel the remaining onion.
  15. 15. Peel a garlic clove.
  16. 16. Dice the onion and garlic.
  17. 17. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  18. 18. Sauté the vegetables over high heat for 2 minutes.
  19. 19. Deglaze with orange juice.
  20. 20. Add 200 milliliters of water.
  21. 21. Bring the liquid to a boil for 3 minutes over high heat.

  42. 42. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.

  45. 45. Chop it finely.
  46. 46. Plate 2 potato dumplings on a plate each.
  47. 47. Add 1 to 2 grünkern patties.
  48. 48. Drizzle the dish with the sauce.
  49. 49. Sprinkle it with the parsley.
  50. 50. Serve the dish.
