Ingredients
- 1 kg green asparagus
- salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter (at 15 g)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 untreated lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
- 2. Trim off the woody ends of the stalks.
- 3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- 4. Cook the asparagus in it for 3 minutes.
- 5. Drain the asparagus.
- 6. Shock the asparagus with cold water.
- 7. Let the asparagus drain.
- 8. Preheat your grill.
- 9. Place the asparagus on the hot grill.
- 10. Turn the asparagus occasionally.
- 11. Grill the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 12. Wash a lemon.
- 13. Dry the lemon.
- 14. Cut the lemon into wedges.
- 15. Plate the asparagus.
- 16. Drizzle butter over the asparagus.
- 17. Season the asparagus with salt.
- 18. Season the asparagus with pepper.
- 19. Garnish each plate with a lemon wedge.
- 20. Serve the grilled green asparagus.
