  4. 4. Cut the stalks into pieces about 5 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Cut the greens off the radishes.
  6. 6. Wash the radish leaves thoroughly.
  7. 7. Shake the leaves dry.
  8. 8. Chop the radish leaves coarsely.
  9. 9. Set aside the chopped leaves.
  10. 10. Wash the radishes.
  11. 11. Remove the tough remnants of the stem bases.
  12. 12. Quarter the radishes.
  13. 13. Rinse the herbs.
  14. 14. Shake the herbs dry.
  15. 15. Chop the herbs.
  16. 16. Add the chopped herbs to the radish leaves.
  17. 17. Wash the spring onions.
  18. 18. Remove the dry tips and roots.
