  6. 6. Distribute the asparagus onto four plates.
  7. 7. Whisk 8 tablespoons of olive oil with 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Whisk the vinaigrette vigorously until well combined.
  10. 10. Drizzle the dressing over the asparagus tablespoon by tablespoon.
  11. 11. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
  12. 12. Remove tough stems and damaged leaves from the arugula.
  13. 13. Gently dry the arugula with a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Distribute the arugula over the asparagus.
  15. 15. Peel the boiled eggs.
