🍽️ Oven Green Asparagus

Ingredients
- 500 g green asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 50 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim off the woody bottom ends.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Arrange the asparagus on it, brush lightly with oil, and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees; gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Arrange the finished asparagus on a plate, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar, and mix gently. Grate parmesan over the top and serve the dish lukewarm.
