🥤 Fresh Green Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint (20 g)
- 3 sprigs lemon balm
- 250 g spinach
- 1 pear (green)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp almonds (peeled)
- 500 g kefir
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mint and lemon balm.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry.
- 3. Pluck off a few nice leaves and set them aside for later decoration.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the baby spinach.
- 5. Shake the spinach dry as well.
- 6. Wash the pear.
- 7. Cut the pear in half.
- 8. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 9. Cut the pear into coarse chunks.
- 10. Peel the banana.
- 11. Cut the banana into small pieces.
- 12. Squeeze the lemon to get the juice.
- 13. Take two-thirds of the baby spinach.
- 14. Put the spinach, mint, and lemon balm into a blender.
- 15. Add one tablespoon of almond kernels.
- 16. Add the lemon juice.
- 17. Add three to five tablespoons of water.
- 18. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is smooth.
- 19. Distribute the green mixture among four glasses.
- 20. Put the banana, pear chunks, and remaining spinach into the blender.
- 21. Add the remaining almond kernels.
- 22. Puree the ingredients with the blender.
- 23. Stir 350 grams of kefir into the pureed mixture.
- 24. Carefully pour the kefir mixture over the green layer in the glasses.
- 25. Add the remaining kefir on top.
- 26. Decorate the glasses with the reserved herbs.
- 27. Serve the smoothie immediately.
