Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 300 g Baby spinach
- 2 green apples
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 Avocado
- 10 g Ginger
- 2 Organic limes (juice and zest)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas.
- 2. Remove the spinach leaves from the tough stems.
- 3. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
- 4. Wash the apples.
- 5. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 7. Cut the apple flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Peel the kiwis.
- 9. Cut the avocado in half.
- 10. Remove the pit from the avocado.
- 11. Scoop the soft flesh out of the avocado skin.
- 12. Peel the piece of ginger.
- 13. Chop the ginger into small cubes.
- 14. Put all the prepared fruits and the ginger into the blender.
- 15. Add the lime juice to the blender.
- 16. Add the grated lime zest to the blender.
- 17. Turn on the blender.
- 18. Slowly pour cold water into the blender.
- 19. Add about 50 milliliters of water until you reach your desired consistency.
- 20. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses or small bottles.
- 21. Serve the smoothie immediately.
