🥗 Fresh green salad with lemon-garlic dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g leaf lettuce (e.g. head lettuce, oak leaf lettuce)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 6 tbsp olive oil (cold pressed)
- 0.5 tsp medium-hot mustard
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the tough stems and wilted leaves from the salad greens.
- 2. Rinse the salad thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Spin the salad dry, for example in a salad spinner.
- 4. Cut the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 8. Whisk the olive oil with the mustard in a small bowl.
- 9. Add the lemon juice and the pressed garlic to the oil mixture.
- 10. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
