🥗 Fresh green salad with tomatoes and mustard-honey dressing

Ingredients
- 350 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. radicchio, frisée, corn salad)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 5 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 50 g olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the salad leaves under running water.
- 2. Remove tough stems or wilted green parts from the salad.
- 3. Spin the salad dry, for example in a salad spinner.
- 4. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
- 6. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 7. Distribute the salad and tomatoes onto four plates.
- 8. Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small bowl.
- 9. Add the lemon juice to the vinegar.
- 10. Add two to three tablespoons of water.
- 11. Add the mustard to the bowl.
- 12. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 13. Add the olive oil to the bowl.
- 14. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together well.
- 15. Season the dressing with salt.
- 16. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 17. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 18. Serve the salad immediately.
