🥗 Fresh green salad with smoked trout

Ingredients
- 200 g watercress
- 50 g purslane
- 1 red onion
- 150 g smoked trout fillet
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- lemon juice
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cress and purslane thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any unwanted leaves and let the greens drain well.
- 3. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 4. Mix the onion rings with the leaf salad.
- 5. Spread the salad mixture onto a plate.
- 6. Slice the smoked trout into thin pieces.
- 7. Place the fish slices on top of the salad.
- 8. Stir the crème fraîche until smooth with the yogurt.
- 9. Season the sauce with lemon juice and pepper.
- 10. Serve the sauce separately alongside the salad.
