🥗 Fresh green salad with dried tomatoes and radishes

Ingredients
- 200 g mixed leaf salad (e.g. watercress, lamb's lettuce, arugula)
- 6 dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 100 g radishes
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp seed oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- fresh rosemary (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any wilted or inedible leaves.
- 3. Spin the salad greens dry.
- 4. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
- 5. Drain the dried tomatoes.
- 6. Slice the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
- 7. Wash the radishes.
- 8. Remove the green stems and root ends.
- 9. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 10. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 11. Remove the hard crust from the white bread.
- 12. Cut the bread into small cubes.
- 13. Heat butter in a pan.
- 14. Fry the bread cubes until golden brown.
- 15. Remove the croutons from the pan and set them aside.
- 16. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 17. Add the salad greens, dried tomatoes, and radishes to the bowl.
- 18. Toss the ingredients well with the dressing sauce.
- 19. Divide the salad onto plates.
- 20. Sprinkle the feta cubes over the salad.
- 21. Add the croutons on top.
- 22. Garnish the salad with fresh rosemary.
- 23. Serve the salad immediately.
