🥤 Fresh Green Nectarine Juice

Ingredients
- 500 g ripe nectarine (4 ripe nectarines)
- 200 g sorrel (1 bunch)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the nectarines thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Take one nectarine and peel about half of the skin off in long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Set the peeled skin strips aside for later decoration.
- 4. Halve all the nectarines and remove the pits.
- 5. Cut the nectarine flesh into rough chunks.
- 6. Wash the sorrel and dry it well, for example in a salad spinner.
- 7. Roughly chop the sorrel as well.
- 8. Put the nectarine chunks and the sorrel into a juicer.
- 9. Juice the ingredients and stir the juice with ice cubes in a glass.
- 10. Garnish the glass with the reserved nectarine skins and drink the juice immediately.
