  1. 1. Wash the nectarines thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Take one nectarine and peel about half of the skin off in long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
  3. 3. Set the peeled skin strips aside for later decoration.
  4. 4. Halve all the nectarines and remove the pits.
  5. 5. Cut the nectarine flesh into rough chunks.
  6. 6. Wash the sorrel and dry it well, for example in a salad spinner.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the sorrel as well.
  8. 8. Put the nectarine chunks and the sorrel into a juicer.
  9. 9. Juice the ingredients and stir the juice with ice cubes in a glass.
  10. 10. Garnish the glass with the reserved nectarine skins and drink the juice immediately.
