🍽️ Fresh Green Carrot Juice

Ingredients
- 300 g carrots (2 carrots)
- 2 bunches flat-leaf parsley
- 1 pinch cane sugar
- 0.5 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the green tops and the ends of the carrots.
- 3. Take one carrot and peel very thin strips off it using a vegetable peeler.
- 4. Cut the remaining carrots and the second carrot into large chunks.
- 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 6. Shake the parsley dry to remove excess water.
- 7. Chop the parsley roughly using a large knife.
- 8. Put the carrot chunks and the chopped parsley into a stand mixer.
- 9. Add a pinch of sugar, oil, and ice cubes.
- 10. Blend the ingredients until a slightly foamy liquid forms.
- 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 12. Garnish the drink with the carrot strips you peeled earlier.
- 13. Enjoy the juice immediately while fresh.
