  1. 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the green tops and the ends of the carrots.
  3. 3. Take one carrot and peel very thin strips off it using a vegetable peeler.
  4. 4. Cut the remaining carrots and the second carrot into large chunks.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
  6. 6. Shake the parsley dry to remove excess water.
  7. 7. Chop the parsley roughly using a large knife.
  8. 8. Put the carrot chunks and the chopped parsley into a stand mixer.
  9. 9. Add a pinch of sugar, oil, and ice cubes.
  10. 10. Blend the ingredients until a slightly foamy liquid forms.
  11. 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
  12. 12. Garnish the drink with the carrot strips you peeled earlier.
  13. 13. Enjoy the juice immediately while fresh.
