🍽️ Fresh Green Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 350 g melon (e.g. cantaloupe, 0.5 melons)
- 150 ml spinach juice
- 50 ml potato juice
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Remove the core of the melon using a teaspoon.
- 2. Cut the melon into wedges.
- 3. Cut two thick slices from one of the wedges.
- 4. Set these two slices aside for garnish.
- 5. Cut the remaining fruit flesh off the rinds of the other wedges.
- 6. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Place the melon cubes into a tall container.
- 8. Puree the melon very finely using a hand blender.
- 9. Add the spinach juice.
- 10. Add the potato juice.
- 11. Blend the mixture briefly until everything is combined.
- 12. Pour the smoothie into glasses containing ice cubes.
- 13. Garnish the glasses with the melon slices set aside earlier.
- 14. Enjoy the drink immediately.
