  1. 1. Remove the core of the melon using a teaspoon.
  2. 2. Cut the melon into wedges.
  3. 3. Cut two thick slices from one of the wedges.
  4. 4. Set these two slices aside for garnish.
  5. 5. Cut the remaining fruit flesh off the rinds of the other wedges.
  6. 6. Dice the fruit flesh into small cubes.
  7. 7. Place the melon cubes into a tall container.
  8. 8. Puree the melon very finely using a hand blender.
  9. 9. Add the spinach juice.
  10. 10. Add the potato juice.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture briefly until everything is combined.
  12. 12. Pour the smoothie into glasses containing ice cubes.
  13. 13. Garnish the glasses with the melon slices set aside earlier.
  14. 14. Enjoy the drink immediately.
